1. What payment method do we accept right now?

(1) PayPal Payment for all orders with our PayPal account: paypal@bornprettystore.com
2) Bank Transfer. For this payment method, two requirements should be met with.
First, the total price of the order should be more than 500USD.
Second, the shipping time would be delayed for 1 week. Because items are shipped after we get the payment. And it takes us a week to get the payment if customer pay the items via Bank Transfer.

2. What CURRENCY are we using for the items?

All the items are in US Dollars. You could transfer the currency in your PayPal account. If any needs, you could email the PayPal company for help.

3. Can you ship the item to our country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. So please feel free to purchase items on our website.

4. When will you ship our order?

Orders will be processed in 1 - 2 working days after we get your order details and payment. For the long-time holiday, we'll post the info on our website and reply you automatically vi emails.

5. How will you ship our order?

Items are always shipped via Singapore airmail or registered Singapore airmail. And if you'd like to have fast shipping, you would email us for the extra fast shipping fee at cs@bornprettystore.com.
And we could supply you with EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT and so on . Usually you should get the package in 3-5 working days (in 1 week) according to our experience.
If you want to get the tracking number for the item, please select to pay for the insurance fee, and we will ship your item via registered mail.

6. Why is my order still in pending?

And we are used to send emails to tell customers the shipping time and shipping method. Then we have not updated the related information on our website. Please check your paypal email address for the shipping info.

7. Why haven't I received the order details emails?

Customers need to come back to our website to finish your order processing after you have paid via Paypal, or neither of us will get the order details.
Here you should log in our website and check the items out again with the payment method "I have paid before". And please take it easy. You'll not be charged again if you choose the payment method "I have paid before".

8. How can we have a return or refund?

If for some reason you're not satisfied with our service or product quality, please contact us within 3 days after you get the package, you can return the products to us in original package and we will refund your money after we get the package!(Shipping cost is NOT refundable and you should responsible for the return shipping).

9. What about the import taxes or duties?

Customers are responsible for the custom and import duties. You could email us or add you note to the comment area when you checkout.

10. Are you doing the wholesale business?

We're doing both retailing and wholesale business & OEM now. You could email us and list the items you'd like to purchase. We'll try our best to give you our best wholesale discount and shipping method.

11. How about import tax on customers' end?

We will declare the value as less as possible, but only on a reasonable basis. We ship hundreds of orders a day world-wide, and it works fine. But you can tell us the value to declare in the comment box when ordering, we will be more than happy to obey that. But if the package is returned by your customs, which seldom happens, customers are responsible for the shipping from and to our company.
